This Privacy Policy describes how roozbeh.realtor ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our app and website.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

Name and email address — when you sign in, to save your preferences and conversation history.
Chat messages — the text you send to Maya, our AI assistant, so we can process your home search and persist your session history.
Listing feedback — thumbs up/down ratings you give to listings, to help refine your search.
Contact requests — if you ask to be contacted by the agent, we store your name and contact details.

How We Use Your Information

To provide the home search service and return relevant MLS listings.
To save your conversation history so you can pick up where you left off.
To connect you with a licensed agent when you request a showing or more information.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your data for advertising.

AI Conversations

Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic's Privacy Policy governs how they handle that data. We do not share any personally identifying information with Anthropic beyond the text of your messages.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Conversation history is associated with your email address when you sign in. If you use the app without signing in, your session is stored only for the duration of that session.

Data Deletion

You can delete individual conversation sessions within the app at any time. To request deletion of all your data, email us at info@roozbeh.realtor and we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
